Shabby Coastal Chic Beach Photography

Just added a couple new images to the shabby chic, beach photography section of Beach Bum Chix and I'd love to know what you all think.


First up,  a shabby starfish photo. it's coastal cottage chic and dreamy. Perfect for a beach bum's coastal cottage.

It's part of one of my latest obsessions with iphoneography.


Did you see that interview Annie Leibovitz recently did with Brian Williams?  He asked for her recommendation for a camera on behalf of everybody watching that really wanted to know.  She very thoughtfully, honestly said, "The one you'll always have with you...a camera phone." Then she held up her iPhone, described how she was learning to master it, and gave credence to all of us out here working hard to do the same...yay!!


The starfish above, and the seashell photography below, were both taken with a special macro lens that gave them a unique appearance ~ a little fish-eyed...almost as if you're looking through a glass bottle.
