Beach Love Under a Palapa

Can you picture this?

You're being lead to your spot on the beach by a very kind gentleman whose job it us to tie that thick terry towel around the back of your chair.

You kick off your flip flops and dig your toes into the soft, warm sand, lowering big black sunglasses over your eyes.  The sun is perfectly intense ~ warming your chilly winter bones to the core and relaxing you so completely that you wonder if maybe someone slipped something into your mimosa at brunch.


The ideal location has been singled out for you ~ under a palapa, front and center on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.  you collapse onto the lounger.


Emerson must have been thinking of a place like this when he wrote...

"Live in the sunshine, swim the sea, drink the wild air."


If wiser words have ever been spoken, you've never heard them.  your languid gaze scans the horizon and you think to yourself...


How can the ocean be that stunningly turquoise?
